1. Complete the 'Articles of Organization' forms.

2. Choose a registered agent,
This will be the point of contact of your LLC. It can be you or someone else. This will be the individual designated to receive notices, legal correspondence, government notifications, tax forms or notice of lawsuits.
3. Mail the form along with the mandatory State Filing Fee to your state’s Secretary of State Office.

4. Get an EIN by filling out the form and mailing it to the IRS.
